The only DSP functions the card provides are for the effects, everything 
else is handled natively.

Rumor has it that the card that comes with Emulator X doesn't 
actually offload the CPU like the cards from Creamware cards, TC 
Electronic Powercore, etc.  The card is actually just another PCI 
audio interface (which isn't necessarily bad).

Can you confirm?

Thanks for the reviews, even if it looks like I'll never be able to 
use this product on my machine (a Mac).
