The sequencer already doesn't play information it doesn't have to (this actually
was causing the prior external program change bug).  Multisetups cannot be loaded
with out shutting down voices, so having those at the beginning of your sequence
would be most unpleasant... =)

Lots of stuff.  You can play locally on them, you can set the MIDI In port to
target the B channels (with 1.17 or greater), you can use them in your sequence
(since each track can contain up to 16 channels, and you have 16 tracks!), and
many other uses which I'm sure I haven't thought of!
