Constant MIDI flow

Not a big deal, my CS2x sends out MIDI sensing commands (think that's what they're called) while idle, but like you Cubase doesn't. It's all due to the gear you've got connected to the XL-7, and should affect it at all, perfectly normal.

One thing I forgot to mention: I noticed the mp-7 receiving a
constant midiflow when I wanted to record a pattern - even if
cakewalk stopped, the red light of the mp-7 midi-in was flickering
all the way. When I changed to cubase 5, the midi signal was received
properly - say: light on when a signal came in. Strange, isn´t it?
