The delay between pattern changing has been fixed? Hmm, so that's a way to 
arrange complete productions on the XX-7.

There is no way to quickly experiment on the XX-7 as the one octave 
keyboard is too few to experiment.

will only get you confused, or wishing it could do things it can't.  Best 
if you just appraoch it for what it is, and then learn to work it the way 
it's intended to be worked.  Just keep practicing and having fun, you'll
