Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi!
I'm really interested in the XL7, now I've come to know of it!
I'm in doubt wether to buy it or not.

As a start, I would surely use it:
1) as a sequencer (even to external gears)
2) as a drum machine

However I'm not sure about (2) because I could not understand if the 
XL7 has got internal drum kits or not.
I would like to know if I'm addressing the right machine with the XL7 
with regards with these two needs of mine.

Can anyone help me?
