Might be easier to just fork over the $30 for a Windows based MIDIMan 1x1.
If there was an adaptor for what you want (and I'm still not sure what
you're asking), it would probably cost this much anyway. ;)

Subject: [xl7] MIDI Man Mac interface to PC?
i've got a 1/1 MIDIMAN interface for Mac, with an 8-pin miniDIN
serial output.
i'm wondering if it's possible to get an adapter that allow me to
hook it up to
my PC laptop. and if i can hook it up, will it even work? that is,
will the PC
recognize the interface and will the interface talk to the laptop?
the laptop is running XP, and has standard serial and parallel ports
on the
back, as well as a USB port.
if anyone has any knowledge about this kind of juryrigging, i'd love
to hear
about it. thanks!
