I would just record that info onto another track, and make sure it's set 
to the same midi channel.  For instance, say you want to replace the 
pitchbend info on Track 3.  I would first copy track 3 to another one 
(we'll say track 4 for this example), and then mute the original (always 
good to have a back up).  Now on Track 4, set the channel to 3A, "delete 
events: pitchbend", and then rerecord the pitchbend info.  If you're 
happy, delete teh original track , and then copy track 4 to thatone again. 


If you don't want to keep a back up, you coudl just delete the pitchbend 
info from track 3 right away and overdub (replace record) that until 
you're happy too.

Is it possible to use replace recording of just one specified parameter, 
f.ex. Pitch bend without loosing the notes, velocities....
