The ROM's are the same.

Mo'Phatt is 64 voice with only a single stereo output, and one expansion 
slot (for another ROM) the Turbo verions add's another 64 voices (128 
total), 4 more outputs, and I think you need the turbo to get the S/PDif, 
and three expansion slots.
