Hi rEalmski! Greetings from the other list! Funny you should ask, I just picked up "Festival in the Desert" by various artists and it is WONDERFUL. There are a couple of tracks that feature human breath/percussion/rhythm that I think you will dig. Not human- beatbox, but really bizzare but excellent sounds. And the whole CD is wonderful anyway. Some of the tracks start off sort of like "oh, are we starting? ok let's go" and then really get chugging along. This is a great thing for electronic musicians to listen to, as we are normally listening to or making tracks with a single tempo. http://www.musiciansnews.com/music/56/98/festival_in_the_desert.shtml Rob --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, erik_magrini@B... wrote: > Can anyone recommend some good world music CDs? Good sound quality and somewhat easy to find would be nice too! > :) Thanks for any recommendations. > > rEalm
