Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I have tried switching it on whilst holding the 2 cursor buttons, and 
still no joy.
Thank you Turby for your suggestion, I tried several times, screen is 
still lit and showing only a single cursor.
Any further help from yourself or anyone would be appreciated.
