I personally think the XV sound is very nice, but with only 64 voices of polyphony, I'd be eating up voices like crazy. That was one of my biggest problems when I had my mc505, voice stealing. When I saw the XX-7's had 128 voices, I was sold. rEalm I've tried it in a local store. I liked the looks and overview of the machine. But I hated the Roland XV sound and most of all the very sloooooowwwwwwww OS. Everything you do comes with an animation. In the beginning it's nice, but when it comes to work fast... you get borred by them. There's a (bit positive) review on SOS.
