Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

If I were to spin a release to fix this, it would be to limit the
extension count to 14.  Yes, 15 does result in the same as 14, but it's
not like there are a whole bunch of values above 15.  Just pretend 15
doesn't exist, and it works perfectly.
