Simple question. I have an E5000 sampler with a Banjo sample. I want to use one of my custom XX-7 Arps to play it. The Arps play externally when I use MIDI controller --> MP-7 --> E5000 However when I record my chord progressions they do not play back the Arps on the recorded track. Arpeggiator Menu Transmit Arps always of course. MIDI Menu Channel (10) is ON MIDI merge is ON Rechannelize OFF (although i dont think ON worked either) Pattern Menu Channel 10A set to both Preset custom Arp patch with no waveforms selected Arp ON A:P in the Preset Menu screen. Thanks for any help....I actually have done it before successfully but cant remember how I did it. I seem to remember Aaron saying something about Rechannelize always having to be on, and also that internal Preset MIDI must be on and track Destination to both for arps to output or something but cant find my origonal post.
