The expansion capabilities of these machines are great.  You are 
correct.  I have an XL-7(XROM)with the MROM(MP-7), DROM(PX-7) and the 
POP ROM giving me all Command Station units in one box for travel 
purposes. I also have a Proteus 2000 with the Techno and Beat Garden 
ROMS(Orbit 3) and the Vintage ROM giving me the Vintage Pro, Orbit 3 
and P2K all in one shell and an XL-1 with the Pure Phatt ROM in it 
giving me 2 in 1.

It's great.
