Let Us get tings straight:

You bought a brand New Command station like d rest of us groove 
junkies. 

So...

A. Maybe you should try out something else if you find it too 
troubling too deal with .

B. Did you buy you box in a shop?
Take your box to the shop where u got it and show represent them with 
any malfunction it might have!

C. Im almost sure that if there are any problems with your box there 
shoulndt be any problem for your shop to replace it with a working.
When I bought My MP7 - Track mute button " 14 " wasent working very 
well (in would respond sometimes and wont in others) - staright out 
of The box and , it hasent disturbed neither my Technical 
Satisfaction of this box Or The Karma That Followed..Until 1 time 
when i Unintetionally turned the box off while saving without knowing 
its backing up!

D. No Doubt this box cost a lot, i know!
I is bought it here in Israel, The day it hit the store i usually buy 
my Gear in (MUSIK SHOP). Since Ive had this box, its rocking my room 
and i have been laying down the best tunes ive ever done in just a 
couple of hours!

I is never planned on wanted to make music without involving a 
computer.
