Re: Bug List

2002-01-09 by heinrich22001

Super, Rob, thank you!!!

Could you - to start with - post one message as an example how you
want the bugs reported? Is there enough for a general wishlist too?
Are you experienced enough to see if the bugs we report are really
bugs or user errors? Feel free to to leave out my points if there are
errors on my side.

additional on my list

bugs:
- presets in older user patterns have changed (from perc. kix1, track
one, to a drumkit-preset, track 1) after recording and saving new
user patterns. The multisetup was not altered inbetween.

- sometimes a pattern runs (when mp7 linked to cakewalk sonar) but
the play button is off and the cakewalk sonar is not running.

- mp-7 runs (sometimes not) even if the tempo in the controller menu
is set to ext., (is this a bug?)

- midi data is received on the mp-7 (red light on) even if cakewalk
as master stops

- timing problems when mastering cakewalk from the mp7

- incorrect detection of tempo when synced to cakewalk, tempo changes
on the display, but the beat ist stable

omissions:
- no effectmixing via channels (only outputs)
- no track/pattern delete function (only via cut to...)
- no replace-function when copying tracks over existing tracks (only
merge)
