Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

OK, so maybe I am thick as a brick, but I finally got it all to work. 
The main piece was that I didn't make my std midi file 16 tracks. On 
the piece I was testing, I wasn't using all the tracks, and I guess 
it just confused the hell out the Xl or the groove boxes. As soon as 
I put in empty tracks so that it made 16, it all worked.
