Hi - Welcome to the group
This is totally posible.
The term for this is *Mix Output* and can be found on page 212 of the 
manual.
The outputs are stereo so you can have a track asigned to one of the 
three stereo outputs.If you want to utilise the 6 outputs as single 
mono outputs (say, to do post panning in pro tools) then you can 
*hard-pan* any track so it goes out of a specified mono output.
