Tom,

     Fatar makes a pretty good controller, they make the keyboards for the Kurzweil line.  I
haven't heard of anything that comes close to their feel.  That being said, their quality control
sometimes leave something to be desired.  DO NOT buy a used one.  Buy a new one and hold Fatar to
their responsibility of fixing it if it don't work just right.

as far as features. USB would be nice, I want full size keys (at 
least 61) with the most realistic (as in piano) feel as possible. I 
know this is not a keyboard group, but I know many of you must have 
delt with similar needs. I have knobs to control most functions, just 
need to key in notes and velocity for a reasonable price. Please let 
me know what you recommend or do NOT recommend.
