Hi all I´ve been away for a few days and WOW, so many messages here. The groups getting more like a chat room.Excellent stuff. As for the "pop-noise" issue: I think its a case of the tail wagging the dog here (horse pushing the cart - whatever cliché you want). You need to step back a few paces and think about what your trying to do. i.e -putting tons of filter and Q on really HEAVY bass sounds. It´s a kind of oxymoronic exercise anyway (IMO).This can only work with some filters and not with others. If you´re a bass-head (aren´t we all) try turning the Q DOWN and turning UP the bass on your mixer or amplifier - this gives you a bit more headroom and helps avoiding "digital distortion" (sometimes;)! Give me the best mixer/headphones/speekers on the market straight out of their box and I´ll guarentee I could get a distorted output - but this doesn´t mean thay they´re broken. As Aaron pointed out, there´s definatly a creative opportunity here. Exploit it! Paul
