If you could email me some patterns, I could take a look at it. My guess is, though, that you're clipping the filters. Nevermind. I just checked and found the problem. The MS20 instrument in conjunction with the EarlyRizer filter at high Q causes pops. Try 038'3 kit:Lectrophonic and play the closed hi-hat (F#1) a bunch of times and you'll hear it. Change the filter on layer 2 and it goes away. Work around would be to lower Q on the offending presets. This is the downside of having very resonant, very sharp 12th order filters... =) -Aaron --- Chris Isomaki <isomakcb@...> wrote: > I'm exchanging mine for another one from musiciansfriend.. > > On Jan 12, 2004, at 2:00 AM, dj 61 wrote: > > > and behold the popping sounds. > > > > --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "isomakcb" <isomakcb@y...> wrote: > > > I'm getting 'pop' noises prior...it happens when > > > playing a kick and a synth sound at the same time... > >> Filt 2d rim 003'3 > >> Squeezvortex > >> Lectrophonic > >> Danger > >> Jabberwocky > >> OddSkool*IDM > >> AM-LoFi > >> Broken 8-bit > >> SuperSquishy __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
