Sorry I can't check out the songs you posted, but it's generally not too hard to make even a slow sounding tune more energetic with some simple drum programming. Try these: - Slide the main snares forward a bit (Scale/Shift Start Times -1 or -2) - Add a tempo synced delay to the HH's. - Use ghost snares to help add more movement. Ghost snares are just quieter hits of your main snare, played around the rest of the percussion parts. rEalm Thanks, I seem to have trouble attaining a more aggressive sound. I would like to blame it on my generaly passive state of being, but I think your right more work with the hats and drum tweaks. I will work on it.
