I am not sure what song settings you are refferring to. You can have several songs in the MP/XL at one time and switch to them at the desired time. Or, preferably for flexibity, use the patterns as songs and switch between patterns at appropriate times. > for instance... i'm going to use it on one evening for three > different projects/bands, needing a slightly different setup > everytime. does anyone know if this is possible, better still, is > there someone out there using the mp7 in a comparable way already? > i would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice on > this... > greetz... Now if you need 3 different setups in which you do not want to change the MP settings between sets (I beleive you can access every parameter from the MP's front panel), I beleive you can dump the machines global (master) settings to an outboard systex recorder and reload each setup as needed. But quite frankly, I do not understand how many different settings are required for the different setups that you need. I do not see anything as extensive that could not be done in a few minutes manually.
