They've pretty much assured us all that they are shifting their focus to some other type of products. I don't think they are going "tits up. Their recent history, however (release new product, discontinue advertised options for that product) has me wary to buy anything from them, unless they make some really bold moves. I wouldn't put it past E-mu to accomplish exactly THAT. It's a sad situation. I've bought/used E-mu products since the original Emulator. Their current seeming lack of direction is unsettling.
