No, but all a wah wah is a filter/EQ, so you could fake it with the Filter 
Envelope and any number of filters on the XX-7.

I've been told that the Proteus Pop rom has some nice pianos and some okay 
guitars. Does the PP have slow wah wah guitar sounds? I love the wah wah.
