I use the swing quantize all the time, for drums, a typically starting 
setting for me would be:

Quantize = 16th
Amount = 65%
Swing = 54%

Anyway, you people out here do you use swings settings hardly ? or do 
you write your pattern note by note with different (im)precisions ?
