Downside of method B (my choice too BTW, and what I was poorly referring 
to earlier) is that you have to Erase the measures before and after Bar 2 
seperately for each track.  So while there's an easy way to copy that 
info, it's a lot of steps to delete the unwanted data too. I'd love to see 
an option in the Cut, Copy and Paste menus to apply their functions to all 
tracks as well. 

Maybe make the little track numbers in the upper left corner scrollable to 
an "A" to signify ALL TRACKS or something.  Would make a great improvement 
for OS2.5  :)  Or use the Track Mutes to select the tracks ala the 
Quantize menu.

Method B:  Use the "combine tracks to clipboard" function to copy the
desired tracks.  Paste into an empty track.  Then, use the "erase
track" feature twice to trim off the two sides of the measure you
wanted.

I'd recommend B...
