This is my first time posting, long time reader.  I love this group
for all the great tips and questions.  I'm not sure about the intro, but
everything else about "singularity", was excellent.  I love the expressive-
ness of guitars in electronic music.  The rhythm was very cool, neo-
middle eastern?.  I really like when everything dropped out but the
guitar.  I'm listening to " the road less traveled".  I even like this one more.
Very emotive.

Hey all, here's a new one I just finished up. A bit of a weird track, but 
I was going for something a little more out there and not really a club 
environment tune:

Drums are all from the ER-1, except the main snare which is from the 
Protean Drum ROM in my XL-7. Bassline is from the Virus KC, running a 
random arp that ended up not sounding very random. The guitar sounds is 
me playing slide guitar with an empty beer bottle after having a bit too 
much to smoke, fun times. All the guitar effects are from the Line 6 
PodXT, which is an amazing piece of gear. Replaced my entire guitar rig 
with the little kidney bean.

Greetings,
I simply want to take the sweep sound of the preset "A Trip", and 
apply it to some other patches. I've tried many times, and have 
tried to copy settings from one to another. Can someone help me in 
a few simple instructions? Not having MidiQuest support sucks, btw,

Subject: remixed an old mp-7 song...

Hey,

Check this out. Last year I worked up a version of Sade's 
Cherish the Day using the EMU MP-7 w/ a proteus 2000 rom in it. 
One 32 measure pattern and a very hectic dance of track muting 
and soloing made up the song. I remixed it w/ some spoken 
words on top and re-mastered it, so that it would sound like an 
AM Talk radio show. No rush to judgment, it is what it is.
