I am still running V1.01 until I They are being *very* helpful. Holding notes over the barline was something that was fixed in a recent release. Also, you do realize that the XL-7 is always in overdub mode, right? (for your OS at least, Replace was also added in a later release). Overdubbing the same notes on top of each other is just asking for gating effects... Go to your nearest music store or a friend's with a PC if you can't get one.
