The most obvious thing to check is the ROM orientation.  Look at the 
factory ROM and check the notch position.  The notch on the new ROM 
should be in the same location.

Was there an instruction booklet that came with your ROM?  If not 
there is a .pdf in the files section.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
