I thought the XL7 had a nice sequencer?

I guess if you have learned Cubase, you may as well stick with it. I 
used FL3 a while back once and I was surprised at how easy it was to 
knock out good sounding patterns very quickly. It was neat to use. 
Sonar and Cubase seems to be for the pros, which I am not :-)
