Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

This is such a disappointment, because I love this machine.  I have 
spent many wonderful hours in the last few days effortlessly 
programming all the weird things I can think of, but it is all soured 
by the instability of the machine.  I am almost dead sure that it can 
be narrowed down to a problem with the connections inside of the 
machine, because every time I start to have issues with crashing and 
hangs on boot up, I open the machine and press on all the chips and 
check the connections, etc, and the unit will work fine for a while.  
Then I will come back to it a few hours later and I will get the same 
problems again.  I think I am going to try one last time to load os 2 
onto this thing, since the last time i updated the os on it, I had 
not yet opened it up, so maybe something got screwed up in the 
transfer.  Anyhoo, wish me luck, I'm going in again :)
