Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Same problem as reported earlier with Windows XP Pro.  This problem 
has also been reported when using the JVM used by WebGain (Symantic 
Cafe) as the default.  This is JDK 1.3.1 VM.  Same problem when using 
WebLogic JVM as the default, a 1.2.2 VM.  All VMs used were Sun 
release (not Microsoft).  The problem is that the installer will fail 
before it even attempts to do anything with the application.  

So its not really an ELoader problem, but a problem with 
InstallAnywhere. (Install nowhere)
