That sucks man, you are definitely SOL on this one.  Never wait to back up 
(make it a constant habit), but I'm sure you know that now...

I have never saved to the computer because I was waiting to finish up a 
few things before taking the risk of losing the stuff while attempting to 
save for the first time ...I also have not upgraded the OS for the same 
reason (1.32).... I have NEVER hook the mp-7 up to the computer at all >
