It has: p2k, extreme, audity, composer, zr, pure phatt, B-3, beat garden, techno synth, world, ensoniq, p2500, vintage collection, advance orch, xlead, orchestral session 1 & 2. pk2_all.ins should be in the files section here in a folder called Cakewalk Inst Def. Files. The controller names section is set up for the p2k, but you should be able to edit it for the default 16 knob E- Mu gear controller assignments.
