Wiardgroup

Why do I get this message when I visit the Wiard yahoo list? I thought I
registered and everything was fine:

Hi Gino (& anyone else with a similar problem)
    Mike Fisher has responded with the solution that I used to 
short-circuit the whole mess. Signing-up for a Yahoo email account & 
furnishing that email address to them as the primary email address 
made all the goblins go away when I tried to join this egroup. 

    The "approval" message is a red herring. Mike did not reserve a 
member approval privilege to himself when he established the group.  I 
wasn't able to discover the real problem until I pushed through to the 
second page of my member profile and saw that my email address was 
re-posted in red and there was a terse message saying that Yahoo was 
unable to respond to my given primary email address. So... rather than 
try to debug the path from Yahoo to a rival enterprise I bit the 
bullet and signed up for a Yahoo email box (which I was sure would be 
palatable to their filter software and I replaced the offending 
primary email address with drmabuce@yahoo.com (drmabuSe was already 
taken as usual..grrrrrrr) and Voila! the wiard world opened to me like 
the proverbial oyster.
   Try it, and if that fails, email me (I have a shiny new address) 
and I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

I believe that you need to have a Yahoo email account before it will
activate your membership. Dr. Mabuse had the same problem, solved when he
activated his email account. It's annoying, but that's the way they do it.
