Re: [wiardgroup] WOW!!! Gotta love Wiard...

don't know if anyone else has jumped on this, but i'll take the bait. i love wiard, and am continually surprised and mesmerized by the thing. got mine sort of on a whim, without much research on modulars, or other brands even, and have never regretted the move. now have an 8 module system, and it keeps getting more unique and powerful. i would prefer wiard over any other brand of module (serge is just far to expensive to even consider). i believe that by inserting a jack into the pulse out will break the normalization. also, another way, if you would like a sine, all you need to do is insert a jack from the sine out into the vca in (no other modules should be needed). the wiard modules are extremely complex, so patching back into itself is something that i need to keep reminding myself of. for more fun, just try patching a waveform into the lin input, then running another waveshape out, while using the lin pot to control the amount. strange effects happen when the vco is modifying itself. hope that helps. kyle >From: "chorus72000" <seven7_7_7@hotmail.com> >Reply-To: wiardgroup@yahoogroups.com >To: wiardgroup@yahoogroups.com >Subject: [wiardgroup] WOW!!!
