The case is .090 aluminum (the same gauge as the faceplates of the
Wiard modules).  The endbells will be cut from the same material and
welded in place, providing consistent strength and rigidity throughout
the unit.

Mounting of modules is achieved via Vector TS600 T-slot extrusions and
square 4-40 nuts that slide in the channel.  These extrusions will be
welded into the place, recessing the modules slightly into the case.


Two Blacet PSCON boards mount on the surface behind the jackfields, and
connect to an external power supply via 4 pin xlr connector panel
mounted on the hidden panel (inside the triangular tunnel on the bottom
of cabinet).  

Total weight, including modules is expected to be under 20 lbs.
