Thanks for the link! Yes, Daphne Oram is def. one of the greatest
pioneers of electr. music. She dedicated a lot of her time to the
development of a photoelectronic music instrument called Oramics.
Paradigm Discs has released a double of CD from her estate. This is by
far the most complete edition of her work which ever has been available:

Radio 6 did a feature on the music of Daphne Oram, as far I can see it
came off the album of her work (I'm just about to order it). For those
that don't know she was part of the BBC Radiophonic workshop, actually
she was a founder I think. She developed a technique "Oramics" based
on marking film to control oscillators etc.
