Hi Mark all of the 300 series modules have a 'stand-alone voice' but if i place myself, arbitrarily, in the situation you describe, i'd be inclined to isolate the Wogglebug. (i'd also remount it in a lucite dome and bend it photoresistors but that's another story altogether!) tgim, -doc --- In wiardgroup@yahoogroups.com, Mark Griffiths <mark@...> wrote: > > hi there, > > I've been looking at the patch sheet on the Wiard site. It shows the Classic VCO, next to the Sequantizer, which is next to Envelator, then comes the Waveform City, Filter and Mixolator. I was suprised to see the Sequantizer and Envelator between the two oscillators, does anyone know why? > > > Second question which might be redundant deping on the reply to the above. I have the Wiard rack frame which will take 6 modules. I have 7. I have 2 Osc, 1 Borg, 1 Sequantizer, 1 envelator and 1 mixolator configuration, plus I have a Wooglebug. I was thinking of leaving the Wogglebug as a "free module" partly because it feels complete in itself, partly because I'm also using it on the Blacet/Wiard/Banalogue Frac rack. But I guess you could give similar arguments about the Sequantizer. What would you do? > > > regards, Mark >
