Your e-mail from info@bananalogue.com was intercepted by the spam filters on my 
business account. This is why I didn't get back to you for 5 days.

Many of my replies from sales@wiard.com get caught in spam filters. I have to find a 
more reliable way to communicate.

I prefer the use of the telephone (414-769-0791). As someone once said, "If you can't 
afford a telephone call, you for sure can't afford an exotic synthesizer." I know one 
synthesizer company that doesn't use email at all, just for that reason.

If I do not answer, please leave a message on the voice mail and I will return your call 
ASAP.

I know many people prefer to use e-mail, which is perfectly fine, when it works. But if you 
really want an answer, please use the telephone. Also people have quoted personal e-
mails on public forums out of context. This is not helpful, and makes me reluctant to use 
e-mail at all, specially for quotes.
