I suspect that the Frac-rack template on the Blacet site
would do you well. Just ignore the holes for the pots and
jacks. i.e. the template is the proper size (for a 2U module)
and has the proper mounting hole locations. 

I don't think that Grant has a "standard" placement of the
pots and jacks for the 1200 series (he does for the 300
series though).
