Re: envelator: chaotic functions possible?

2001-10-13 by googol@gmx.ch

Hey! thank you all,

I really can't wait to try that all out. But I have to wait a while,
because the wiard is in use for a new track and, I the melody-linie
isn't finished (it is a Wiard-FM-Sound). I guess the envelator
together with the woggle-Bug (I ordered one) will be the ultimate
Chaos-Combination. One of the cool things about the Wiard is that it
does sound so well in extreme conditions. I tried some patches
created on the wiard on my other modulars (Selector, Blacet,
Doepfer/AS) but they didn't work.
Something off-topic: I managed to program a exact 909-style Bassdrum.
It isn't possible with the OMNI in Low-pass Mode. But if you choose
Highpass and turn Cutoff full anti clockwise. (feed a sinus with env
on the tune) = instant 909, but more punch with some dirt.

Dr. Mabuce: Thanks for your support!
