Hi, I've gotten hold of a Juno 60 to have a look at but it doesn't
work. It looks in almost perfect condition and all the lights go on
but the only noise it makes is a bit of crackle when the volume or HPF
are moved and the chorus seems to work (effecting the hiss when the
volume is up). Also I just noticed that the lights/power cut for a few
seconds and i had to fiddle around for them to come back on. Any
suggestions on the problem? Battery? CPU? Is it something i can fix
myself? Thanks.

P.S. I realise there is a Juno specific forum but I'm still waiting to
be approved.

I've got the Juno 60 working and I'm comparing it to a Juno 6, but it sounds slightly different. I think its just that some of the sliders have a different range. If I have the Juno 6 PWM slider set to 0 and try and get the same sound out of the Juno 60, I need to set the 60's PWM slider to about 2 or 3. The 6's PMW range is much juicier and sounds nicer, so I want to emulate that on the 60. Is there a trimmer inside that directly correlates to that slider that I can just adjust to match the parameters of the Juno 6 PWM slider? If so how do I find it?

I have the service manual and it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but looking inside, I can see all the trimmers and it looks like it should be straight forward if I can just find the correct trimmer. Any suggestions?

The other problem with the 60 is that some of the sliders aren't working properly. The LFO delay slider doesn't seem to work at all. The DCO LFO is always delayed for a few seconds regardless of the LFO Delay slider position. Strangely this is not the same with the PWM LFO or the VCF LFO - the PWM LFO delay time is always set to 0, and the VCF LFO Delay time is different again.

Also the sustain slider isn't working properly - it seems to be stuck on about 5 until its pushed up to 10. So I have a choice of only 5 or 10 for my sustain level.

There may be other sliders that are faulty as well. Is this something that needs to be adjusted via the trimmers? Or might it be dirty sliders or sliders that need to be replaced? It'd be great if I could do this my self as I just spent a heap of money getting the ting to make any sound at all. Thanks in advance.
