Octave SRM CAT... VCO2 problems

Hi,
this time i have another problem with the CAT ... the VCO 2 it's
dead. It was working well, but now no sound. I trace the VCO 2
waveforms, but no waveform its working, i could see a bad SAW
waveform comming form the CA3046 (pin 11). The CA3140 it's too hot, i
check the TEMPCO 2k resistors and they are fine. I replaced the
CA3046 and CA3140 and other releated components from the VCO 2 but
nothing works.
Anyone had experieced this problem ? I really need your help guys.
