World's Largest Moog Modulars?
2004-08-09 by Bill Sautter
I'm researching very large Moog modular systems (100+ modules, current
and/or former systems) for an article, and would like to track down the
[former] owners. I have a good number of of photos of historical
Moog systems (i.e., K. Emerson, I. Tomita, W. Carlos, H. Zimmer, R.
Luther, TONTO, CEMS/SUNY, etc.), but would like to get a more complete
record of photos, background info., artists who used/recorded with the
gear, tracks/albums produced, etc.
If you have specific knowledge of massive Moog modulars, then I'd appreciate your replying with the details. If you know current or former owners of the systems, then thanks for replying with their name, email ID & phone #.
If you have good photos of big Moog systems, feel free to e-mail them (please include descriptions, owner info., approx. date, etc., if you have them)
Note: I'm NOT researching any other large modular makers right now (Emu, Buchla, Polyfusion, Roland, etc), but may in the future.
