The Jup 6 has midi (albeit early implementation) while the juno 60 has DCB and would require an adapter to get midi in/out. The Jup has 2 VCO osc while the Juno has 1. The Jup has more modulation options than the Juno. The Jup is rarer and more expensive. The Jup looks a hair cooler with all its lights and slightly more modern industrial design. Both sound really good, both have memory for storing patches.
