Can anyone tell me the difference between a public & a private email,
please?  :p

Public E-mail is email thru such free services as Hotmail, Yahoo mail, 
fiberia, etc.... where anyone can get an account withoutgiving real proof of 
identification.
This email is usually "shunned upon" by "quality" newsgroups. private email 
is email that is usually paid for whether thru an email provider, or an isp. 
Usually need a credit card or other form of id to get this.

I think I can!

Public mail is much more likely to get you honorary Stooge status (depending 
on content of course)!
