Well, I found ANOTHER "bug" which I guess I didn't test for in the
prototype (all of this is in the bypass circuitry, JH's stuff is fine).

SO......it's back to pcb fab. But this will NOT delay the final ship date
because I can go ahead and release the metal work independently.

SO....no blobbing needed. Sigh.......hey look! Wife just arrived with Maui
tickets.
