Yes, my Korg Monopoly has a gate switchblade from a 'ground' type to +15 DC.

I think the absolute standard gate voltage which everyone is in complete 
agreement with is exactly 5V!
Unless it's 10V (e.g., ARP).
Unless it's 15V (didn't someone on the list ask about a Roland or Korg gate 
at 15V).
Unless it's some other voltage.

That's the agreed upon standard!
And you can take that to the Bank!

with 5V gate out equipment] but produce a gate of around 10V [so they can be

used with equipment that needs a 10V gate] as the MOTM does -- this way you 
don't have any of the BS I've experienced when trying to use the Serge with
